The invention provides a health-care food with an antidiabetic effect. The health-care food comprises fevervine, coix seed, pork and dried tangerine which are used as active ingredients and water-soluble starch used as an auxiliary material; and fevervine, coix seed, pork and dried tangerine are water extract of a medicinal material. The health-care food has the effects of clearing heat and nourishing yin, tonifying spleen, reinforcing kidney and tonifying qi and is used for mainly treating diabetes of yin deficiency and dryness-heat and deficiency of vital energy of spleen and kidney. The health-care food has a good health-care effect on the blood sugar of a diabetic.
