Abstract

The invention aims at providing a silicon steel column, which has the effects of simple structure, capability of preventing magnetic leakage, good heat-dissipating performance and long service life, for an intermediate-frequency electric furnace. In order to reach the effects, the silicon steel column comprises a silicon steel sheet group, wherein insulating clamping plates are arranged at outer sides of the silicon steel sheet group, sealing liner plates are arranged between the silicon steel sheet group and the insulating clamping plates, annular water channels are formed in the insulating clamping plates, annular water channels, corresponding to the insulating clamping plates in shape, are formed in the sealing liner plates, the annular water channels of the sealing liner plates and the annular water channels of the insulating clamping plates together form annular water ways, water inlets and water outlets of the annular water ways are arranged below the insulating clamping plates, and the silicon steel sheet group, the sealing liner plates and the insulating clamping plates are fixedly arranged together through screws. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the silicon steel column is simple in structure, efficient and energy-saving, and fast in heat dissipation, meanwhile, copper heat-dissipating pipes are not required for being welded to the outer side of the silicon steel column, and thus, the space is saved; the silicon steel sheet group, the sealing liner plates and the insulating clamping plates are fixedly arranged through the screws, so that the clamping strength is high, and the cost is low; and the whole system is safe to use.
本发明的目的是提供中频电炉硅钢柱,结构简单,能有效防磁漏,同时散热性能好,使用寿命长。为达到所述效果,本发明包括硅钢片组,所述硅钢片组外侧设有绝缘夹板,硅钢片组和绝缘夹板之间设有密封垫板,所述绝缘夹板内开设有环形水槽,所述密封垫板上开有形状对应绝缘夹板的环形水槽,密封垫板的环形水槽和绝缘夹板上的环形水槽共同组成环形水道,所述环形水道的进水口和出水口设于绝缘夹板下方,硅钢片组、密封垫板和绝缘夹板三者通过螺杆固定在一起。由于采用了所述技术方案,本发明结构简单,高效节能,散热快,同时不需要外侧焊接铜质散热管,节省空间。通过螺杆固定,夹紧强度高,成本低。整个系统使用安全。
