Abstract

本发明涉及一种叠片挠性联轴器,用于传递扭矩和运动,尤其是一种能扩大补偿量的叠片联轴器。其包括安装盘、间隔轴及两套叠片挠性装置,两套叠片挠性装置、安装盘分别安装在间隔轴的两端,采用短螺栓间隔的将两套叠片挠性装置分别与安装盘及间隔轴联接;每套叠片挠性装置分别包括长螺栓、两个叠片组件、间板、衬套、自锁螺母,所述间隔板设置在两个叠片组件中间;用长螺栓、衬套、自锁螺母将两个叠片组件和间隔板联接。本发明叠片挠性联轴器在传递动力的同时还可以补偿角向、径向和轴向等三项不对中,而且该三项不对中补偿能力可加倍;且具有结构简单、安装方便、动平衡保持性好、全金属结构等优点。
The invention relates to a laminated membrane coupling for transmitting torque and movement, in particular to a laminated membrane coupling capable of expanding compensation. The laminated membrane coupling comprises mounting disks, a spacing shaft and two laminated membrane flexible devices, the two laminated membrane flexible devices and the mounting disks are mounted at two ends of the spacing shaft respectively, and the two laminated membrane flexible devices are respectively connected with the mounting disks and the spacing shaft at intervals through short bolts. Each laminated membrane flexible device comprises a long bolt, two laminated membrane components, a spacing plate, a liner and a self-locking nut, wherein the spacing plate is arranged between the two laminated membrane components, and the two laminated membrane components are connected with the spacing plate through the long bolt, the liner and the self-locking nut. The laminated membrane flexible coupling is capable of compensating angular, radial and axial misalignment while transmitting power, the capacity of compensating the ternary misalignment can be doubled, and the laminated membrane flexible coupling has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in mounting, fine dynamic balance retentivity, all-metal structure and the like.
