Abstract

The invention discloses a method for stacking lead-acid storage battery pole plates in a curing and drying manner. According to the method, the stacking height of the pole plates and gaps of pole plate stacks are taken into consideration, the stacking height is 7.5-15cm, the vertical gaps and peripheral lateral gaps of the pole plate stacks are 2-5cm. The method can be used in a lead-acid storage battery curing and drying process and can be used for not only reasonably utilizing the storage space during the pole plate curing process and saving energy sources, but also enabling internal pole plates to be subjected to effective curing reaction and drying, and improving the pole plate curing and drying effects.
本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池极板固化干燥的叠放方法,包括极板的堆叠高度和极板堆的间隙。极板的堆叠高度为7.5cm~15cm,极板堆上下及四周侧面的间隙为2cm~5cm。该方法用于铅酸蓄电池极板固化干燥工序,既能合理利用极板固化过程的存放空间节省能源,又能使内部极板得到有效的固化反应和干燥,提高极板固化干燥效果。
